You can’t build ships, you shouldn’t tech up either since you gonna get free tech later anyway. For first four idea groups I suggest exploration-expansion-quantity-economic (first three for ultimate colonization combo, fourth one is kinda forced pick since your inflation gonna jump sky high with all these gold provinces and you can’t afford taking “financial ruin” event).
I can still get better at this darn game.
